Bruno Bartoli is the Resident Relations Manager at Total Solutions Property Management and is responsible for facilitating and communicating solutions for all residents. Bruno is also the legal liaison and is well versed on compliance issues related to housing code, fire code and landlord-tenant laws.
He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of NH and a HUD certified Lead Abatement Contractor/Supervisor. Previously, Bruno worked as Maintenance Supervisor at Total Solutions Property Management and has had over 8 years of experience in Construction. Additionally, he is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
