Francis Fernando is the President and founder of Total Solutions Property Management, a Real Estate Asset Management Company. Total Solutions allows property owners and investors the freedom from the burdens associated with the management aspects of their real estate portfolios. Francis' passion for technical analysis, process development and expert judgment has been the foundation upon which Total Solutions Property Management was created.
Prior to founding Total Solutions, Francis was a senior Engineer at Verizon Communications, a Fortune 500 company that provides landline and wireless telecom services in the United States. Francis was responsible for project managing the deployment of cutting edge technologies and was credited with developing a nationally adopted software platform to track key productivity metrics.
Francis studied Engineering at the State University of New York at Buffalo obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering. He also went on to obtain a Master of Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Francis is an active member and leader in several business organizations. He was nominated by the Manchester New Hampshire Board of Mayor and Alderman to serve on the Revolving Loan Committee. The role of this committee is to review and determine eligibility of Federal, State and City loans for new and existing businesses. He is an active member of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce and is part of the "Leadership Greater Manchester" class of 2011.
