Timothy Wenrich is the Lead Maintenance Technician at Total Solutions Property Management and is responsible for handling all routine and emergency maintenance requests. Tim also coordinates and oversees all capital projects, preventative maintenance programs and inventory management initiatives.
He has a Certification in Residential Carpentry from the Manchester School of Technology. Previously, Tim worked in maintenance for the US Navy as a Boatswain's Mate and has over 20 years of combined maintenance experience working as a self employed construction contractor. Additionally, he is a EPA certified Lead Renovator.
