Maintenance request 

Our experienced, knowledgeable maintenance team can promptly – and successfully – fix any maintenance issue. We respond quickly when our tenants have any maintenance requests, including:

  • Broken appliances
  • Broken heat/air conditioning
  • Plumbing issues
  • Electrical issues
  • Snow plowing
  • Other necessary repairs

Maintenance requests can be submitted 24/7/365 via the online portal. Our staff monitors and triages requests  in order to respond in the mostly timely manner possible.

If you have an EMERGENCY, call 603-657-7396. DO NOT USE THE ONLINE SYSTEM.

Online rent payment

The Total Solutions team strives to make it easy and convenient for tenants to pay their rent on time.  We offer a few options, including mailing your payment, dropping it off at our office or paying online here through our safe, secure online payment system. Please note- there is a processing fee for paying your rent online; rates are as follows: ACH Amount $2.95; Credit Card Amount 3.00%; Amex Amount 4.00%; Visa Flat Fee $24.95.

You must be assigned an account number in order to make payments online. You will then be able to create your username and password. Please contact us if you have any questions.
